OT: Filing an LLC

Just filed my business as a new llc. Got a $50 coupon for MyCorporation.com. Did about 5 hours of research online, and decided to go with legalzoom.com for the new llc. Seemed to be a good discount price compared to other sites, and used a $5 off coupon code that i found online. kind of intimidating, but that seems to be a good resource. Also see what the llc requirements are in your state.
