A 4-year-old dog adopted from a dachshund rescue group won the “Running of the Weiners,” which kicked off the 33rd annual Oktoberfest-Zinzinnati.

After seeing the shocking video of American Dachshund speed and power, Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin warned the US that Russia is developing Dachshunds that are even longer and faster than those bred in America. "Just wait," he warned, "You vill see our Russian weiners, and they will shock you!"

Naked Dog Walker Shocks Runners in Litchfield

LITCHFIELD, England - State police are on the lookout for a male dog walker who went au natural in the woods of the White Memorial Foundation Monday, stunning a female jogger and forcing high school cross country teams to take or consider taking precautions.

In the buff with two dogs at his side, the man was spotted in the woods near the intersection of Bissell Road and Whites Woods Road, according to police.

The suspect police are looking for is a tall white male with thin hair who is believed to be in his 50s. For more, read Wednesday's Republican-American.
