Minot, N.D. - A dog in North Dakota used a snowbank to climb onto the roof today. It is not known what motivated the dog to take such action, but some believe that the dog was protesting the latest government bailout of corporate "fat cats" announced today.The new bailout will give another $800 billion in taxpayer money to failed banks, so that they may continue to dole out million dollar bonuses and continue with their failing business plans.
